We were tasked with providing a managed Wi-Fi system for all 55 lodges so residents could have fast internet access during their stay.
A full site survey was needed to establish if a cabled or wireless solution was required.
the solution
Consult suppliers and arrange FTTP internet connection into a sister company.
JCIT Solutions installed a 2 mile fibre link from a sister company, providing high speed internet into the Griffon Forest comms cabinet.
We also ran single mode fibre to all lodges and installed a Ubiquiti GPON Fibre system to distribute the connection across the site.
Ubiquiti Wireless hardware was installated in each of the 55 lodges giving a fully managed Wi-Fi network.
